#72. Do an African inspired pumpkin carving

Inspired by Jill's first pumpkin carving in 2020, I decided to add this one to my list.
I've only ever done pumpkin carving once before, so I felt I was a little ambitious with my design, BUT I am actually stoked with how it turned out!
On the 101 Adventures List, No. 72. is supposed to be 'For a whole day reply with "Dangerously well" when people ask 'How are you?". This is a personal one for Anna in memory of her Dad Marto, who she sadly lost on Halloween last year. I didn't have the pleasure of knowing Anna's Dad, but I included a little nod to him on the other side of my pumpkin.
The African-inspired pumpkin carving ideas are creative and full of cultural character. I especially like how traditional inspiration can make Halloween decorations feel more unique. Pairing these artistic pumpkins with stylish outfits can also bring a fresh touch to Halloween Fashion 2026, making the celebration more expressive and memorable.
