I've never seen a psychic and beforehand I was not really a believer in them, and I can say now afterwards that my opinion has...NOT changed 🤣
Whilst filling in our Friday evening, I had mentioned to Anna & Tessa that the South Bank Markets were on and that if we went, I should go see a psychic and the girls were too willing to accommodate this for me. I didn't want to book into, let's say a more 'professional' psychic as I did not want them to try to find any information prior from doing a Facebook search. So, I opted for this market psychic reader and paid $30 for 10mins.
I did not ask for any specific reading, so he did a general reading with his tarot cards. After instructing me to cut the deck three times, he fingered the cards with his eyes closed, then turning over the cards, he gave me my reading - the past, present & future. Then he turned over a further three cards for the future, more specifically Sep, Oct & Nov. And finally, I was asked to pick a card I was drawn to. Basically, everything he said was pretty generic and if you wanted to you could probably twist it to fit with things happening in your life, but really, I just likened it to a magazine horoscope. The gist of it was that I need to stop worrying about time and stop putting pressure on myself and that things will just happen when I do this. No signs, no great revelations or no messages from loved ones beyond, so yeah, I'm still a bit of a skeptic. But all just a bit of fun right? 😀
If anyone is interested, the below were my cards
Past - 3 Discs
Present - 4 Discs
Future - 9 Cups
September - XIX The Sun
October - 8 Discs
November - 6 Cups
Card I was drawn to - 9 Discs
Anna was in the background taking pictures whilst my reading was happening and captured the below photo. There is no filter on this photo and Anna swears this happened when he looked directly at her. So yep, Anna is convinced he is magical 🤣
